What to expect at an event

  • Generally our events run 8pm until 2am, times can vary dependant on dates and subject to availability but will always be display upon advertisement. We ask all guest to turn up 15 minutes prior to the event starting.

  • At each event we will always allow free time for you to investigate any accessible part of the property using our equipment. Typically this will be the last hour of the event.

  • Certain properties we run events at don’t have access to lifts, some flooring is uneven. Please ensure to check prior to booking if assistance is required.
    During the events are a lot of dark periods, brightened visuals and sharp noise. If at any time you don’t feel comfortable or want to take a moment out please notify a team member on site.

    There will always be a First Aider on site, any fire safety will be explained prior to starting the event.

  • All event bookings are non‑refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the event of a genuine emergency, and supporting evidence may be requested. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
